Threadneedle Construction are a professional general building company who offer a complete construction service covering the Greater London and Home Counties areas.

September 2023 - Nearly There
Our £300K project in Rickmansworth is now approaching completion with the internal and external finishes all progressing well.
August 2023 - All Done
We have now completed works in the construction of the structural shell to a substantial country house in Billingshurst.
July 2023 - On Home Ground
We have executed a structural remodelling project in our home village of Studham. The works comprised the demolition of existing structural load bearing walls; the introduction of fabricated structural steelwork and the subsequent reinstatement of finishes.
May 2023 - Noah's Ark
We have commenced works to a substantial four storey residential property in Mount Ararat Road, Richmond. Mount Ararat is traditionally considered the final resting place of Noah's Ark.
The works will comprise the excavation of the basement to a new reduced level; concrete underpinning to the house; the taking down and rebuilding of a considerable proportion of the bowed brickwork to the flank elevation; the introduction of remedial wall ties to the rest of the property and complete lime repointing.

March 2023 - West Sussex
We have commenced works in providing a structural shell to a 2,000 sq ft two storey flank extension to a listed residential property in West Sussex.

We are pleased to have won a £260K contract for a private client to provide full internal refurbishment and remodelling works to a residential property in West Way, Rickmansworth.

We have carried out works to a private gated mews development in providing double height palisade fencing to the entire estate.
November 2022 - Mill End
Following our clients being let down by a previous contractor, we have taken on a £100K contract to complete a two storey flank extension to a residential property in Rickmansworth, comprising full mechanical and electrical services; structural alterations and full internal finishings.

We have completed and handed over a property in Whitton, Twickenham after a full internal refurbishment.
October 2022 - Cannon
We carried out reinstatement works after flood damage to a property in Cannons Drive, Edgware, Middlesex, comprising bathrooms and reception rooms refitting, plastering, new flooring and full finishes reinstatement.
September 2022 - Golden Years
We have been appointed by client Springdene Care Homes to execute a groundworks project to a care home in Central London in order to deal with longstanding below ground water ingress issues.
August 2022 - Richmond Bridge
Our project in constructing a basement by Richmond Bridge is progressing at a good pace with the bulk excavation complete; retaining walls cast, ground bearing floor slab and structural steelwork underway.
July 2022 - Arts & Crafts
We have been appointed by a private client in Amersham to undertake the complete refurbishment and restoration of a beautiful and substantial 1920's Arts & Crafts period property, comprising seven bedrooms and ancillary accommodation arranged over three floors.

We have commenced works to a riverside town house property in Richmond to construct a basement and associated structural works.

We have been appointed by a private client to undertake a full reconfiguration of a dated bungalow in Winchmore Hill, Amersham, into a contemporary family home.

We are pleased to have been engaged by Pepe's Piri Piri to execute works to their new accommodation in Northwood.
The works will comprise 4,000 sq ft of fit out works to form new offices and ancillary accommodation including a state of the art gymnasium.
